You will need:
1 box of Brownie Mix (your choice, I happened to have a low fat version in the pantry)
1 can of Black Beans (any brand you like, I don't recommend a seasoned variety though)
You simply rinse your beans and place them in your BLENDER
Rinse the bean can out and refill it almost to the top with clean water before pouring it into the blender
Blend until Liquefied
Stir your bean/water concoction into your brownie mix, when it's smooth and lump free, bake it in your greased pan of choice.
I choose a 24 mini muffin pan and this recipe gives me 24 mini brownies that are spongey, moist and full of fiber. They taste so good that my 6 year old, who is probably the pickiest eater on the planet will devour them.
